Shipping Policy – BoyRocks

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the BoyRocks online store.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received, excluding weekends and public holidays.
In the event of unexpected delays, customers will be informed in a timely manner.


2. Shipping Destinations

BoyRocks currently ships:

  • Within Belgium

  • Within Europe

We reserve the right to modify available shipping destinations at any time.


3. Shipping Costs

Belgium

  • Standard shipping: free

Europe

  • Standard shipping: 4-7 euros depending on destination 

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before the order is finalized.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and external factors.

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days after shipment

  • Europe: 5–14 business days after shipment

BoyRocks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


5. Shipment & Transfer of Risk

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.


7. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
BoyRocks cannot be held liable for delays, loss, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Any reshipment will be at the customer’s expense.


8. Unclaimed or Returned Shipments

Orders that are not collected or are returned to BoyRocks may be reshipped at additional shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
